This was a great costume! My dogs didn’t hate it, although, my 9 week old puppy did think it was a toy at one point and tried to attack her older brother in it 🤣. It was really easy to put on. The only issue I had was that I wish the drawstring was a little easier to access once it was on my dogs. It also seemed to like it couldn’t get quite tight enough for my skinnier dog. This could just be a size issue. We ordered a large. He does weigh 80 lbs, but he’s a very long and lean 80 lbs golden. His sister is also 80 lbs, but she is short and stout, so it fit her great. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and will use this for years to come.PS I never bothered with the tail

This was perfect. The “tail” was too difficult to put on and our pups weren’t having it. But the manes were perfect!

Looks great! My only hang-up is that I wish the inner lining was dark brown or black instead of a orange. Doesn’t look as good when you can see bright orange fabric poking out the front.

I loved this! My dog – reborn coonhound is about 15 in this picture and he still was like a baby lion walking around on Halloween. I also won 3rd place at work for “pet costume” because of this guy… quality is great and is easy to put on.

He totally stole the show! He scared a trick-r-treater cause he looked so real (poor little guy)…..be prepared for extra treats, everyone wanted to give him something to eat! Stayed on beautifully, my puppers was a little sweaty but just like your other trick-r-treaters, make sure you give water breaks! The tuff/tail piece didn’t fit him but pretty sure his happy tail would’ve sent it flying (seriously, no one noticed he didn’t have a tail piece….still 5 stars all day)

I bought these lion manes to go with my daughter’s Greatest Showman costume for Halloween! They’re PERFECT! The elastic in the mane is adjustable and helps them stay put. The fluffy part for the tail however is too small to fit on either of my dogs, but that didn’t matter to me. Highly recommend! (My dogs are a collie/golden retriever mix & a jack russell/corgi mix for size comparison.)
